EnduroShield® is an optically clear protective coating that chemically bonds to the surface, creating a non-stick barrier resistant to corrosion, etching, and staining. However, while cleaning is made easier and less frequent, the need to clean is not eliminated. The treated glass becomes both hydrophobic and oleophobic (water and oil repellent) protecting against most forms of dirt and grime.

Durability
EnduroShield chemically bonds with the glass substrate and can only be removed by abrasion, highly alkaline (pH level greater than 12) or acidic substances and/or removal of the top layer of the glass surface. EnduroShield is resistant to UV degradation, and as there is no film formed no coating breakdown will occur. When applied to new glass substrates the coating has an expected lifetime of beyond 10 years. Note: If loss of performance occurs the glass can be cleaned and the coating re-applied.
Warranty
Extensive testing has proven EnduroShield to last beyond 10 years, enabling a genuine 10-year warranty on new glass surfaces. A 5-year limited warranty is provided for existing glass surfaces.
Also available for Tile & Grout or Stainless Steel & Chrome surfaces. A 3-year warranty for tile, grout and stainless steel surfaces, however this does not mean that the coating will stop working after this period.
